Tsipouro is a strong distilled spirit containing approximately 45 percent alcohol by volume and is produced from the pomace (the residue of the wine press).

In our region there are 3-4 distilleries where we produce our own tsipouro. Upon request we can go there and enjoy the whole procedure along with friends while the bbq is on fire!!
